Self-Collection & Delivery Matters
Yes. Self-collection is available at the Festive Booth (Hotel Lobby) from 24 November to 25 December 2025, from 10am to 9pm.
For other purchases, please refer to your confirmation email on collection details.
No. A minimum of 3 days advance order is required for all orders.
Delivery is available at $45 nett per location, from 10am to 2pm and 3pm to 7pm. Enjoy complimentary delivery with a minimum purchase of $600 nett (after discounts).
Unfortunately, for orders passed the allocated collection date, no refunds will be allowed.
Customer Care
All our food items are made fresh daily, and limited quantities are available. We highly recommend you pre-order them 3 days in advance to avoid disappointment. Orders for Roast Pork Saddle with Truffle & Amarena Cherry Stuffing with Bourbon Cherry Sauce should be made 5 days in advance.
For walk-in purchases, you may visit our Festive Booth (Hotel Lobby) from 24 November to 25 December 2025, from 10am to 9pm. Please note that purchases are subject to availability.
